WHAT SHOULD I WEIGH???

That is a very good, but a very controversial subject.

I suggest keeping your BMI no high then 19 and no lower then 15.

WHEN TO WEIGH YOUR SELF

I suggest weighing your self at night fully clothed, then again in the morning after using the restroom with no clothes. You should find a surprise. Usually you will weigh less in the morning. It can be real encouraging also. Everyone has there different methods that work for them. Many people get discouraged with weighing them selves everyday. I personal weigh my self once a week usually on Saturdays, so I weigh my self Friday night and then Saturday morning.

For those who weigh there selves several times a day. You should weigh your self in the morning naked, then put your clothes on and weigh your self again, using the difference between the two to calculate how much your clothes weigh. This way you don’t have to keep taking your clothes off every time you get on the scale and it making it easier and less time consuming to jump on the scale.

Emaciated = BMI under 15

Anorexic = BMI 15 to 17.5
