4 EVER THIN

I Ruth,

Here by surrender myself to Ana, I give her my mind, body and soul, and i know that she will give me ever lasting beauty and thinness. I give all my trust to her because i know that she is the only one who truly understands me, loves me, and believes in me. I promise to Ana that i will obey her every rule and command, knowing that what she does is in my best benefit. If i want Ana as my loving leader then i must obey the following:

1) I will do everything Ana tells me to do.

2) I must believe that i am the lowest thing and no ones loves me but Ana.

3) Anything with the calorie content above 100 is illegal and i shall be punished in any way Ana feels necessary.

4) I must exercise at least 3 hours a day.

5) I will write down everything i eat and i will write down every calorie i burn.

6) I must weigh myself atleast once a day.

7) Drink at least 1 liter of water a day.

8) I will never go on a binge without purging and exercising for many hours after and telling myself i will be penalized and Ana wont love me anymore.

9) Nothing will come before Ana.

10) I do anything it takes to be thin.

If i fail to abide by any of these rules, Ana will not be with me anymore and i will live my life alone as a fat obese cow. I will never desert Ana without being punished. Every act against Ana has a punishment either diet pills, extra exercise, purging, laxatives, anything Ana wants. By signing this contract i will have full agreement with Ana and i know that she will make me a better person for always. i give my full trust in Ana knowing she wants what is best and is the only salvation i have. So sign this contract to Ana saying i give myself to you to control as long as im breathing. To a thinner and better me, I sign
